Our partner, Wade Works Creative recently engaged the three squared production team to produce a series of videos for a new development project associated with the ongoing Pinhoti Peak development. The Perch – Treehouses at Pinhoti Peak consists of [3] extremely unique family-oriented vacation properties nestled near the original Pihoti Peak, The Lodge vacation property. Pinhoti Peak is a modern luxury collection of showhomes nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.
These new treehouse-style properties consist of:
THE TOM
The Tom features a masculine aesthetic with rich leather furnishings, natural wood finishes, LG’s sleek black stainless appliances with InstaView, and a rugged charm that blends seamlessly into the mountain landscape.
THE JENNY
The Jenny exudes a feminine touch with delicate floral accents, soft textiles, LG STUDIO essence white finish appliances, and an airy, delightful ambiance that invites relaxation and serenity.
THE JAKE
The Jake boasts a perfect blend of transitional design, showcasing modern brass fixtures, sleek finishes, and LG’s unique built-in style appliances that offers a contemporary yet comfortable feel.
The content for all programs was shot entirely on location and includes a mixture of dynamic aerials, b-roll and stills which will be used in a wide variety of ways across marketing, social media, advertising and promotional efforts for the properties.
