The Home Depot | How-To Initiative

The Home Depot selected our team for the re-envisioning of their “How To” community at The design took shape around extensive user experience testing and a creative approach which centered on more extensive use of visuals / photography (less messaging / text). How-To helped to re-shape the entire experience at and became a centerpiece for customers to obtain information surrounding their do-it-yourself projects. In addition to creating the How To site, our team also worked to align the central components of the site as a true online community. This involved aligning & tying into product buying guides, forums and The Home Depot blog.
